By using the services provided by AI Quantum Dev, including AI PQ Audit and QViib, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Checking the acceptance box at signup creates a legally binding agreement under ESIGN and UETA.

2. Service Description

AI Quantum Dev provides AI-driven cybersecurity analysis tools, post-quantum risk assessment engines, and quantum/AI development tools. All services, including beta features, are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

3. Beta Features & Experimental Modules

Beta features may break, change, disappear, lose data, or produce inaccurate results. Use is at your own risk.

4. No Professional Advice

Outputs are not legal, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk-management advice.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the service legally.
• Do not upload sensitive or production data.
• Do not reverse engineer or misuse the system.

6. Intellectual Property

All software and content remain the exclusive property of AI Quantum Dev.

7. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose internal features, screenshots, metrics, or non-public behaviors.

8. Feedback License

Feedback may be used without restriction.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is $0 for beta users and capped at paid amounts in the last 12 months for subscribers.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from misuse or violations.

11. Updates to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access at any time.

14. Governing Law

California law governs this agreement.
